We're in New Mexico now and finally getting settled in Las Cruces.
Located in an area known for it's green and red chile, Las Cruces and Hatch are the epicenter of the American chile industry and we now call it home for our Specialty Foods production.
NMSU and The Chile Institute are based here in Las Cruces just a short drive to Texas border also known for it's burgeoning olive oil industry.
